Message to Attorney

This morning I wrote our attorney this message. After reading their pathetic response, it’s time to hit them back, hard.

Here was the OC response as a refresher

I had a thought. If they continue to play these “games”, why not just tell them we are prepared to report them to the heath department, I would also like to put reckless endangerment charges on the property manager, as she told it was “safe to return” to the apartment.

I also want reimbursement for the new couch, bed, and boxspring we had to buy due to them contaminating them. The costs for my mold test. Relocation costs, and finally, 1.2M for medical expenses and pain and suffering.

The mold is 100% why I was getting clots, and kidney stones. Which ultimately led to several sinus surgeries, mastoidectomies, and finally the heart attack. I think it’s time we stop playing soft with them. They breached the warranty of habitat which allows me to exit the lease without penalty. That’s pretty well spelled out in the law. Let me know your thoughts.

My attorney is definitely looking out for our best interests. I’m pretty sure this will get more and more interesting as time goes on.
