• Was bitten over 1 month by bed bugs in Lisle IL 2009. Unclear if anyone else was impacted. Was bitten on hands, and both sides of the face. Convinced this apartment was not cleared for bedbugs upon me taking possession.
• Highly suspecting Chagas’ disease as of 2026
  • Recurring Clots / DVT / PE / ILAD 2017-1024
  • “Skin Crawling Feeling”
  • Colorado is also a known hot zone for the “kissing bugs”

Common Variable Immunodeficiency / Mast Cell Activation Disorder / Hereditary Angioedema

• 55g Octagam 10% IVIG Humoral Immuglobulin every 3 weeks with my awesome nurse Rochelle! (SHE HAS A MAINE COONE!!!)
• 300mg Dupixent Subcutaneous Injection every 2 weeks
• 10mg Claritin twice a day
• 50mg Hydroxyzine twice a day (Or Benedryl if needed)
• For now, emergency initiation of a 30mg SAJAZIR for Angioedema rescue injection (If needed)
• .3mg Epinephrin Auto-Injector (If needed)
• 100mg Ketamine SC (For pain/immunomodulation)

I AM PREPARED, I AM NOT GIVING UP

As apart of all this, yes, I know it’s a lot. And this has not been easy. However, with all the care I receive, along with medications there’s always one thing on my mind. Where is Swedish Medical Center in correlation to where I am.

It’s an uneasy feeling knowing my body can just go full on Chernobyl at any minute, however, I am not afraid. This will not shape nor change who I am, or what I want to do.

I made a mobile ER bag. Inside this bag is everything required to give me an “Extra Life” while I’m still allowed to be on this earth. The jist is to be able to react to a situation within 30 seconds of me knowing it’s coming. And yes, I know what it’s like to die. Yes I know what it’s like to be suffocated, asphyxiated, & choked by 1 out of control body.

It’s when I feel my body winding up to let me know, something’s coming.

Pre / Post Intervention w/ Dupixent / SAJAZIR /EPI

Last week, between the ER intervention that happened that Saturday, the following 600mg Slingshot Dupixent dose, and a 30mg SAJAZIR interventional injection.

I’ve always been swollen, sore. But it’s not fat. It’s whatever this is.

2022 Prior to Mastiodectomy #1, and me sitting in the toxic wasteland

My Godmother watched / monitored me as I did the procedure. Counting down the shot, making sure I’m injecting it at the proper rate. Within 20 minutes of the injection something crazy happened. My body was reshaping itself before my eyes. While she watched on FaceTime. This is real. Angioedema is real. My size? Wasn’t.

I can’t wait to see everyone again. But remember, this isn’t a cure, this isn’t a fix. This is therapy that allows me to have a “normal life”. That’s what I’ve been struggling with for the past 3 days. Getting sick didn’t help either.
