IMPRESSION:
1. A left wall up mastoidectomy has been performed. There is fluid and/or soft tissue thickening in the mastoid resection bed. This may be seen with chronic otitis media. This could be seen with a cholesteatoma. The bone over the tegmen mastoideum is thin and may be dehiscent. This is a new finding.
2. The bone over the superior semicircular canal is thin and may be dehiscent bilaterally, and this finding may be associated with superior semicircular canal dehiscence syndrome. This is better visualized on today’s study because of direct coronal imaging.
Great. Awesome news to end the day. Fuck everything and fuck doctors for not taking me seriously.
