Short Update

Call with Mayo infectious disease went well. I have some upcoming appointments. Labs 3 weeks ago showed WBC @ 18.7, the latest draw taken shows it’s significantly dropped to 11.2.

This is all the work of the posaconazole, as well as getting my inflammatory pathways shutdown with Dupixent. The Sagizir also worked. It feels like my body can fight things again.

I will update again once I have more direction, but for the time being I’m just resting. Trying to let my body get back to where it needs to be.

The ER visit was definitely the catalyst in getting everyone to focus. I’m so grateful for the doctors who take care of me. Without them, I don’t think I’d be here.

My immunologist did order 2 more bridge doses from the manufacturer for Sajazir, hopefully I can get that in my hands by the end of next week.

Here’s hoping all this just continues the way it’s going. It’s crazy to think I lost 50+ lbs in such a short timeframe.

The fungal thing seems to be getting better, it doesn’t feel like it’s in my scalp, however it’s still in my hands legs, and random spots. Hopefully the posaconazole will get rid of it for good.

All for now.
