Well. Progress is progress. Moving in the right direction for once. The proverbial downward spiral of the last 5 years seems to have stopped.
Over the weekend I had a near-anaphylactic reaction to Starbucks. Everything hurt. Burned. My tongue was black. Again.
Which got me to think about what I’m doing wrong. It’s the amount of sugar I’m consuming causing the infection to linger. The feelings of being 3rd person came again. Sugar causes a lot of issues. Things I’ve probably overlooked for far too long.
I’ve started drinking water non stop. And I feel just awesome. Yeah some sugar is ok, but not the amount I’ve been consuming.
I’m hoping I continue this direction. It’s finally nice to have things somewhat under control now.
